St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Mission Church: New Anglican Mission Church, temp. location in ABCCM Building, 10 Buck Shoals Rd, Arden 28704

So much good happens from inside the walls of the ABCCM )Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry), it is no wonder that the newly formed Mission Church, St. Michael and All Angels, felt right at home from their first service on Feb 24th, 2013. For St.Michael and All Angels, this is a temporary location. The new building houses one of the branches of the ABCCM, and the membership of the new mission are grateful to the board and owner of the building for its use. (link to the ABCCM at: www.abccm.org ) The new Mission, wIth almost 30 members, it is a strong loving group whose goal is to grow the Body of Christ in the Arden area, under the umbrella of the greater Anglican Church. Much more about this new mission is found out their website listed. Every service has been a blessing of God, and filled with the love of His Word. Each Sunday we grow as the leader of our flock, the Rev. William J. Martin is able to translate the daily Old Testament, Epistle and Gospel in such a way that the members feel nourished to face the coming week with the strength that only God can provide. This service is a traditional Anglican, using the eloquent 1928 Prayer Book. Most every service offers Holy Communion to those already baptized with water “in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost”. All are welcome to Worship on Sunday at 11:00 AM. (Easter Sunday will be held at another location- see website- http://www.StMichaelandAllAngels.net ) Bible Study is available at other locations with information available on the website or by calling the number provided. This Church, with this shepherd, has been a huge blessing in the lives of each of the members and we hope to grow in service and love of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You are welcome to join us!
